For founders & product teams using AI agents
Stop re-explaining your business every time you open a chat.
Two structured sets of markdown files that give any AI agent real context about what you're building — so the third draft sounds as informed as the first.
Plain markdown files. Works with Claude, ChatGPT, or any agent that reads a project folder.
The wall
You paste a paragraph. The output is generic.
Every founder and product team using AI agents hits the same wall: a new session means a blank context window. You re-explain your personas, your requirements, last week's customer interviews — and the agent still hands back something that could belong to any company. The work of grounding it falls on you, every single time.
These kits exist so you only do that work once. Drop the files into your repo, Notion, or project folder. Fill in what you actually know. Point your agent at them. The output gets specific because the context is actually there — and it gets better every time you update a file, not just once at setup.
Pick your kit
Two kits. Same idea, different scale.
Start where your work actually is — not where a generic template assumes you are.

How it works
Set it up once. Keep it current. Never re-explain again.
Fill in what you know
Files start as assumptions. Mark them as such. Real data replaces them as you do the actual work.
Point your agent at the files
Reference a specific file, not the whole folder. "Read personas.md and draft the onboarding flow" beats "help me with my product."
Output gets grounded
Pitch decks, requirement docs, screen specs — every output traces back to something real, not a guess dressed up with your company name.
Built by a founder and product advisor who developed the original framework working with early-stage startups, then extended it for enterprise product and UX teams shipping real software with AI agents in the loop.
FAQ
Questions
Do I need a specific AI tool?
No. The kits are plain markdown files — they work with Claude, ChatGPT, or any agent that can read files in a project or repo.
What format are the files in?
Markdown (.md). Drop them into GitHub, Notion, Obsidian, or a local folder — anywhere your agent can read project files.
Can I get both kits?
The Startup Kit is free — just enter your email above to download it. The Enterprise Kit is $129 one-time. Reach out directly if you need a different arrangement.
Do you offer refunds?
Reach out within 14 days if the kit isn't a fit and we'll sort it out.
How do I keep the kit current?
Each kit's README includes a suggested update cadence. Short version: update the relevant file right after the conversation or decision happens, not in a batch later.
