For founders & product teams using AI agents

Stop re-explaining your business to every AI agent you open.

Two structured sets of markdown files that give any AI agent real context about what you're building — so the third draft sounds as informed as the first.

Works with Claude, ChatGPT, or any agent that reads a project folder.

The wall

Every new session starts from zero.

If you work alone, you're re-explaining your personas, your market, your requirements every time. The agent hands back something that could belong to any company, because it doesn't know yours.

If you work with a team, it's worse. One person pastes the context into Claude, another summarizes the roadmap in ChatGPT, a third starts fresh. Everyone's working from slightly different context and the outputs show it.

These kits give you a single source of truth that lives where your work does: a repo, a Notion workspace, a project folder. Fill in what you actually know. Point your agent at all the files. The output gets specific because the context is actually there, and it stays consistent because everyone's drawing from the same place.

Pick your kit

Two kits. Same idea, different scale.

Start where your work actually is — not where an AI model assumes you are.

How it works

Set it up once. Keep it current. Never re-explain again.

01

Fill in what you know

Files start as assumptions. Mark them as such. Real data replaces them as you do the actual work.

02

Point your agent at the files

Reference a specific file, not the whole folder. "Read personas.md and draft the onboarding flow" beats "help me with my product."

03

Output gets grounded

Pitch decks, requirement docs, screen specs — every output traces back to something real, not a guess dressed up with your company name.

[raw interview notes]

Summarize the key findings. Identify anything that confirms or challenges the persona. Suggest specific updates to traction.md and personas.md. Flag any new risks for risk-register.md.
PRD synthesis Enterprise Kit
We're kicking off the [initiative]. Pull together a PRD: problem and goals from overview.md, target personas from personas.md, relevant requirement IDs from requirements.md, and feature rows from feature-specs.md. Flag any section where you don't have enough to fill it in.

"I built this because I kept watching founders and product teams waste so many AI tokens re-establishing context. I was doing it myself. The kits came out of the frameworks I developed working with early-stage startups on pitch decks and GTM strategy, then expanded when I started working with enterprise product and UX teams using AI agents across the full product lifecycle. What's here is what actually worked."

FAQ

Questions

Do I need a specific AI tool?

No. The kits are plain markdown files — they work with Claude, ChatGPT, or any agent that can read files in a project or repo.

What format are the files in?

Markdown (.md). Drop them into GitHub, Notion, Obsidian, or a local folder — anywhere your agent can read project files.

Can I get both kits?

The Startup Kit is free — just enter your email above to download it. The Enterprise Kit is $27 one-time. Reach out directly if you need a different arrangement.

Do you offer refunds?

Reach out within 14 days if the kit isn't a fit and we'll sort it out.

How do I keep the kit current?

Each kit's README includes a suggested update cadence. Short version: update the relevant file right after the conversation or decision happens, not in a batch later.
